What you need to know about Claims Notification
- After the claim report is made, the claim file is opened
- To take advantage of the contracted service advantages, take your vehicle to the nearest contracted service center. Please click to find out our closest contracted service.
- An expert is appointed.
- Depending on your claim, leave all the necessary documents to the contracted service or deliver them to the expert.
- The appraiser sends the documents to the company.
- A record is entered in Tramer for defect detection by the relevant unit in our company.
- According to the tramer result, the process is completed by continuing the transactions according to the scope of the traffic insurance general conditions

In case of death and permanent disability
- Notices regarding bodily claims are included in the Traffic Insurance General Conditions “C.5. It is made by a notary public or by registered letter, as stated in the article titled "NOTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS".
- Notifications made by hand letter or telegram given to the company in return for signature are also considered as registered letters.
- Submit all necessary documents regarding the damage to our company.
- Compensation is calculated by the actuary.

- The amount to be paid within the guarantees is determined according to the detection and defect rate.
- Payment is made to the Invalid Remainder, the Trustee or the account number of the Heirs.

In Permanent Injury

- Delegation report prepared in accordance with the "Regulation on Disability Criteria, Classification and Health Board Reports to be Given to the Disabled"
- Hospital/treatment reports

Report your depreciation claim
- Loss of value and damage notifications can be made through the Claim Document Notification Form, without missing documents.
- Notices regarding loss of value claims are subject to "C.5. As stated in the article titled "NOTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS", it can also be made by a notary public or by registered letter.
