What you need to know about Claims Notification
- Noting the file number that will be given to you by your customer representative following the notification of the claim to our Company will facilitate access to information about the file as soon as possible. This file number will be used in all notifications.
- If an expert has been appointed for claim assessment, your appraiser's name, surname and phone numbers will be notified to your mobile phone via SMS.
- Expert detects.

- The expert makes the determination.
- Contracted service is directed to your house depending on your request. Thus, you do not have to look for painters, repairers, etc. depending on your damage.
