What you need to know about Claims Notification
- Noting the file number that will be given to you by your customer representative following the notification of the claim to our Company will facilitate access to information about the file as soon as possible. This file number will be used in all notifications.

- If an expert has been appointed for claim assessment, your appraiser's name, surname and phone numbers will be notified to your mobile phone via SMS.

- If the time required for your vehicle's repair exceeds 24 hours, and if your vehicle has been brought to the repair service after the towing service provided by us (during the replacement service included in your policy), you can benefit from free replacement vehicle service.
- Until your claim file is finalized, you can follow up your transactions on our helpline numbered 0850 250 81 81 day and night, with the claim file number given to you.
- After the expert report is completed, you can pick up your vehicle from our contracted service. If your vehicle is not in our contracted service, the payment is made to the account number of the insured.

- In the event that the vehicle is not found after the legal waiting period of 30 days, the Company will send you request letters regarding the documents to be received from the relevant authorities and the agreement letter regarding the fair value of your vehicle.

- After closing the expert report, you can receive your vehicle from our contracted service. If your vehicle is not at our contracted service, payment is made to the insured's account number.
